Our charges will depend partly on whether the claimant is willing to consent to judgment being set aside or whether we need to make a court application.
If the claimant consents to the CCJ being set aside before we start the application process, the costs are likely to be between £600 and £800 + VAT plus a court fee of £100.00.
If we need to make a full court application, the costs are likely to be between £1,700 and £2,000 + VAT plus a court fee of £255.
