If you need advice on setting aside a CCJ, we’ll be delighted to help you.
The court has the power to set aside the CCJ but it can do so only in certain circumstances. The rules are complicated and the court will consider a number of different factors before reaching a decision.
We’ll prepare the case for you using the right legal arguments and providing relevant evidence to the court.

How much will it cost?
Our charges will depend partly on whether the claimant is willing to consent to judgment being set aside or whether we need to make a court application.
If the claimant consents to the CCJ being set aside before we start the application process, our usual fee is £700 + VAT plus a court fee of £100.00.
If we need to make a full court application, our usual fee is £2,000 + VAT plus a court fee of £255.
The above costs are subject to our terms of business.
